By accessing or using Toporio (the "Platform", "Service", "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Toporio ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will display the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Toporio is a social prediction game and entertainment product. The Platform allows users to simulate trading virtual tokens — called Fame Coins — whose prices are derived from publicly available social media engagement metrics. The experience is designed to be engaging and educational in nature, similar to fantasy sports or simulation games.

By using the Platform you acknowledge and agree that:

• Toporio is a game for entertainment only.
• No real money is deposited, wagered, or withdrawn at any time.
• Game scores and portfolio performance have no real-world financial significance.
• The Platform is not a gambling service under any applicable law or regulation.
• Fame Coin prices are for game purposes only and do not reflect any real-world asset value.

Fame Coins are the in-game virtual currency of Toporio. They are used exclusively within the Platform to simulate trading activity, track game performance, and determine leaderboard standings.

Important facts about Fame Coins:

We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove Fame Coins at any time without notice, including upon account termination. You acquire no property rights or ownership interest in Fame Coins by participating in the game.

You also represent that you are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use, and that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect the user is under 18.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at support@toporio.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Not create more than one account per person.
• Not use another user's account without their explicit permission.
• Ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

You may use the Platform for lawful, personal, and entertainment purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to manipulate game scores, leaderboards, or Fame Coin prices through artificial means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Conduct any activity that impairs or disrupts the Platform's servers or infrastructure.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Collect or harvest personal data about other users without their consent.
• Use the Platform to promote commercial services without our express written consent.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access-control mechanism on the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content and terminating accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.
• Violations of applicable laws or regulations.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (12 months or more).
• At our sole discretion in order to maintain the integrity of the game.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All Fame Coins and game data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. As Fame Coins have no real monetary value, no compensation of any kind will be owed upon termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@toporio.com. Requests for data deletion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the Toporio name and logo, software, design, graphics, text, and game mechanics — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform content without our prior written consent.
• Use the Toporio name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Platform.

The Platform may reference real persons, public figures, or social media content. All such references are for entertainment and game purposes only. Toporio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any person featured on the Platform.

Because Toporio involves no real money and Fame Coins carry no monetary value, you acknowledge that you have suffered no quantifiable financial loss by participating in the game, and that any claim for damages is accordingly limited.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Game data, prices, or leaderboard standings will be free from inaccuracies.
• Defects will be corrected.
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to act, or a guarantee of any game outcome.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. This includes changing game mechanics, adjusting Fame Coin balances, updating leaderboards, and altering how prices are calculated.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
